In this masterclass, Dr. Zelda Di Blasi and Anna Navin Young will define savouring strategies and time awareness, explaining how we can measure the ways we can savour and track how we spend our time. Drawing on the latest research, they will highlight how the conscious practice of time awareness and savouring positive experiences can enhance wellbeing and performance.
