Reproductive realities and career crossroads: Reflections on maternity and midlife/menopause transitions within the workplace
This paper reflects on maternity and mid-life/menopause transitions in the context of work and careers. If offers a coaching approach which could be applied by coaches and coaching psychologists, in order to support navigation of these transitional times. Effective intervention may help to support wellbeing, engagement, retention and career progress of women in organisations.
