Coaching with Bricks

This session will provide a participant with:

  • an understanding of the Triple – E framework for Coaching with Bricks
  • an appreciation of the theory, psychology and latest research behind its development
  • an opportunity to consider how you can incorporate it into your coaching practice

During the session there will be an opportunity to build models if you would like, so please do bring bricks to the session if you have them. No bricks? No problem. Please do still join the Masterclass as alternative activities will be available. Paper and pencil maybe useful. There will be an invitation to build but no obligation.


Theresa Quinn BA (Hons) MSc is a coaching psychologist who holds a BA (Hons) in Psychology from Strathclyde University and a MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology from University of East London. As a qualified facilitator for Lego Serious Play for Positive Psychology, Theresa has explored the use of Lego Serious Play within a Positive Psychology framework in individual coaching, publishing her research and developing the Triple-E coaching framework. Currently, her PhD research is exploring Coaching with Bricks for both neurotypical and neurodiverse coachees.

Theresa is a self-employed coach primarily working with neurodivergent clients wanting to thrive in their organisations. She coaches around stress, anxiety and promoting wellbeing as well as looking at concrete techniques to enable clients to fully utilise their strengths.

Theresa is a member of both the British Psychological Society (Division of Coaching Psychology) and the International Society for Coaching Psychology and has published and presented research in the coaching psychology space. When she’s not coaching, she can usually be found on the beach.
