Working towards inclusion in coaching & coaching psychology – an EDI perspective
This paper will highlight the differences between equality, diversity and inclusion. Provide an overview of intersectionality and the need for us to be aware of our own unconscious bias within a coaching setting. A brief outline of the work being down on race equality within the coaching arena, as we strive to provide a more inclusive approach within the profession.
