Susan Watsham BSc MSc HCPC Registered
A Counselling and Coaching Psychologist, Susan has worked in both the private and the public sectors. Part of her practice was to provide clinical supervision for teams and individuals who work with young people in the Youth Justice System. Her knowledge of trauma and its affects and her belief that recognition of trauma is vital in understanding people underpin her work in this capacity. If we understand we can work effectively, she says. Enabling people, young or old, to be resilient through life is a broad aim of her work.
Committed to further education through CPD, for both Counselling Psychologists and Coaching Psychologists Susan has helped organise workshops, Masterclasses and Coaching Psychology Conferences. For many years she has been part of the team which organises such ISCP events and looks forward to continuing to be in this role.
